At this time, I am UNABLE to do lookups. I apologize for the inconvenience, but it is unavoidable. Check back to see when this message has been removed. Thanks.
Currently, I have the following books available out of which I will
do lookups. Click on the appropriate book to send your request, and
try to include the first name as well as the surname, to narrow the search.
- THE TRAIL OF TEARS ACROSS MISSOURI by Joan Gilbert
Focusing on people, places, historical events, and
the details of daily life of the Cherokees.
- CHEROKEE ROOTS VOLUME I: EASTERN CHEROKEE ROLLS by Bob Blankenship

1817 through 1924 residing East of the Mississippi River;
includes the Guion Miller and Baker Roll.**
- CHEROKEE ROOTS VOLUME II: WESTERN CHEROKEE ROLLS by Bob Blankenship

1909 residing West of the Mississippi River; includes the
Old Settler, Drennen, Dawes, and the Guion Miller Roll West.**
- GOODSPEED'S HISTORY OF SOUTHEAST MISSOURI

St. Francois, Perry, Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, Madison, New Madrid,
Pemiscot, Dunklin, Scott, Mississippi, Stoddard, Butler, Wayne, and Iron.
(Include the county to search in for your request as well as the name.)
** These books are indexes only. I will only be able to give you the roll number
on which you should look for the information. However, this can let you know whether
your ancestors are on the Cherokee rolls, and save you countless hours of research.
Hopefully soon I will have other records and books of which I will be purchasing, and
can offer lookups from them as well. Please check back!
If you are willing to provide lookups from your own library, please email me.
